Celebration of Christmas

On 10th December 2009 our beautiful local church of St Marylebone was once again the venue for our Celebration of Christmas an  event which provides a mixture of traditional readings and popular carols by candlelight.  Thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Telegraph Media Group we were able to make this event free to our supporters with just a collection at the end for donations.  Many of those attending also enjoyed the reception held in the crypt after the service.  It was wonderful to see so many of our supporters from the many different areas of the charity's work and networks join us in celebrating and giving thanks for another successful year and for the many lives saved and improved through the benefits of our medical research.
